What we collect

When you submit our enquiry form, email us, or message us on WhatsApp, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, contact details and event details. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange a booking.

Enquiry form

Our enquiry form is embedded from ClickUp. Submitting it sends your information to ClickUp, which stores it on our behalf so we can manage enquiries. See ClickUp's privacy policy at clickup.com/terms/privacy.

Cookies and analytics

We use minimal first-party analytics provided by our hosting platform to understand aggregate traffic to the site. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. The Instagram feed embedded on the site is provided by Elfsight and may set cookies from Elfsight and Instagram when you view it.

How long we keep it

Enquiry information is kept for as long as is necessary to respond to your enquiry and for our reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing the address above.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict our processing of it.
